Just because an electric company has a large marketing budget, doesn't mean that they have the best electricians. In fact, I find that larger companies have more electricians who don't care about their jobs than 1 or 2 man electric companies. Usually, when you're dealing with small 1 or 2 man companies, you find the owner is one of those men. When you deal with a large company, you're usually just dealing with salaried electricians that will go on to the next job no matter what.
